Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], L-ascorbic acid, potassium citrate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate, nicotinamide, zinc oxide, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), retinyl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cupric sulphate, cholecalciferol, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, D-biotin and cyanocobalamin.

Instructions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast.
