Selenium is a trace element that is involved in many functions. It is particularly important for the protection of cells against oxidative damage, cardiovascular protection, normal thyroid function, weight control, and for the normal functioning of the immune system. In men, selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis.

Ingredients:

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetable capsule, bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), L-Selenomethionine, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, 50%), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Instructions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily.
