Hair and Nails H Essential is a food supplement formulated to nourish and strengthen hair and nails, especially indicated in cases of male androgenic alopecia, hair loss due to slimming diets or deficient nutrition, and as maintenance after hair transplant.

Ingredients:

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens (W. Bartram) Small, berry, 25% fatty acids) dry extract 280 mg, vegetable capsule, pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L., seed, 25% fatty acids) dry extract 90 mg, l-methionine 90 mg, l-cystine 90 mg, zinc gluconate 69.69 mg, pygeum (Prunus Africana) dry extract (Hook. f.) Kalkman, bark, ratio 5:1) 50 mg, dry extract of haematococcus (Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow, 5% astaxanthin) 28 mg, l-selenomethionine 10 mg, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin 0.3 mg and biotin (D-biotin) 50 µg.

Instructions for use:

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably at night.
